Nancy Clarke Cole, Founder & Principal

Nancy is a long-time producer and fundraiser with savvy in understanding event strategy, resources and goals. Her background working with philanthropists, top corporate clients, academics, and major donors in entrepreneurial environments has resulted in a close connection to what appeals to clientele and innovators. She has specialized in high-end cultivation events, and VIP / white-glove hospitality within both large and intimate settings.

Nancy has managed speaker proposals and company presence at large conferences, and stand-alone VIP venues with live-streaming. As executive director for two non-profits, she has managed board retreats, donor cultivation events, galas, art exhibitions, site visits, workshops, and relationships with guest speakers. As a grantmaker, Nancy organized large stakeholder meetings for public-private partnerships on important social issues.

Nancy serves on the board of ProjectAMPLIFI, is a founding member of One Sky Giving Circle, and an active fundraiser at The Nueva School. Nancy holds an MBA and an MA in Arts Management from Southern Methodist University, and a BA in economics and art history from UC Santa Barbara.


Rachel Latta, Operations Director

Rachel is an experienced project manager and event producer who brings a rare blend of artful creativity and seamless execution to her work. She specializes in creating experiences that allow attendees to feel connected, engaged, and at ease; and has developed her passion by working with clients in art and design, technology, and philanthropy.

Rachel began her career in Los Angeles at Christie’s auction house, where she managed publicity and preview events for major sales including the collections of Frank Sinatra and Barbra Streisand. She shifted focus to technology, managing product launch conferences and designing programs at Upside Magazine where she honed her on-site event management skills and developed enduring vendor and partner relationships. She has since focused on nonprofit and education, running major fundraising efforts including online and live auctions, gala events, and intimate dinners for major donors.

Rachel holds a BA in art history from Scripps College. She is active with Menlo Park public schools. She has also been an active board member and fundraiser for the Las Lomitas Education Foundation and Menlo Atherton High School’s Foundation for the Future.
